  What should be ideal levels for vectorscope & histogram ?

  I would suggest you try google and do a lot a research. You could also try the FCP manual, or some books. I think it’s a bit much asking for a forum reply on how to use something as complex as video scopes. It would take 20 pages or more to answer properly.
