  mov.mod & mov.moi files in fcp?

  A friend of mine gave some footage for me to edit. And the files are mov.mod & mov.moi. I can’t open them in fcp, neither in quick time or vlc, “this is not a movie file” it says.. Any tips??

  Try using MPEG streamclip to convert the files to .mov:
