Convert to .wmv

You have a few options
flip4mac – this puts an option in your quicktime conversion render options (accessed via the drop down menu)
Or
Visual Hub – you will need to export a file from final cut (it will support 4:22 8bit) and drag and drop the file into the programhttp://www.perian.org – which is free is also a great addition although it does not do wmv
