  counfounded trying to capture

  I just captured a bunch of p2 footage last night.
  I’m trying now to capture my mini dv footage, and I can’t.
  The log and capture says vtr is ok. I cannot do anything with my mouse to forward/rewind/in/out/etc.
  However, the remote on my hvx 200 will work forwarding, rewinding, etc. I can’t put the in and outs to start logging my footage.
  It does say i’m missing the firewire, but I see the footage in the log and capture window.
  I’ve tried an easy setup and it still won’t work.
  Any suggestions at all?
