    Hello,

Im new to this forum (and FCP for that matter) so please….be gentle.

Im working on an HD project which I have onlined with uncompressed 10bit 1080i for colour correction. The resolution is 1920×1080 (although Ive been told its really 1440×1080 and FCP just converts it…I dont understand formats…anyway, this is a whole new topic).

So now for the title sequence, which is a little animation, I have been given several images created in photoshop with a resolution of 1920×1280, and I dont know how to add them to my sequence without making them pixelly i.e. losing resolution. Im not sure Ive given all relevant information (the images also have 180dpi in case it matters), but if anyone could help me out here I would be really thankful because I just dont know how to do it.

    Thanks
    Anna

    Thats wrong size….

Open in Photoshop and size to match your format 1920 X 1080

They’ve given me the right size now, but it still appears a little fuzzy in the canvas compared to when I open the original image in the viewer. Could this be a render issue? Or just something to do with how images are displayed in the Canvas?
