  Formats for HD video podcast

  I am using compressor to output .m4v files, I know these may cause a problem on some computers w/out the Quicktime plug in.

  I am using this site to host iTunes files:

  These are embedded Flash files which are good
  but not portable,

  I am just wondering what best format for a HD video podcast file.
