Hi all and thanks again in advance for any help. So here’s the detailed scenario,…

I’ve finished my sports documentary and the total running time is 1hr 45min. I have 3 DVD extras (totalling just over 2gig) for the DVD and the film. I’ve exported the film once (as a QuickTime movie) and it came in at a WHOPPING 21gig but it looks good! I exported it again as a Sorenson Video 3 (with HIGH compression) and it came out as 5.7gig BUT, the Sorenson one had a bad lines around the movement of the people and the fast forward (time lapse) parts are horrible to watch.

Ok,..so note, I don’t have Compressor (motherboard crashed ages ago and I can’t for the life of me find it ANYWHERE) and my friend is doing the DVD on his DVD Studio Pro but when we set it up with the sweet 21gig exported film it was all good BUT,..it was too big a file and we needed to lose atleast 2 or so gigs of the movie file to burn the dvd.

So,..what’s the best way to export my film to fit onto the DVD Studio Pro project with the 3 extras? Sorry for the dumbass questions but I’m desperate to get this thing finished and onto DVD asap!

    Help,..I’m pulling my hair out

    Cheers,…

    – Justin
