  Which compression?

  HI,

  What is the best way to get 2 hrs of a project from FCP 5.1 to a DVD.
  What compression should I be using to get it to fit on a single DVD.
  This is for a client to review and then we will take time codes from the DVD to edit down to a shorter piece.
