  Audio beeps

  Hi All,
  Just trying to still get the hang of FCP. Just cut an audio file (AIFF originally from a CD) into my timeline and I’m hearing an audio beep… sounds as though it is on a beat as if to cut by??? I have been searching the menus trying to figure this out. I’m sure it is a simple answer. Sorry for my inexperience.

  Hi guys,
  Sorry, I just figured it out. It was imported 44k when it should have been 48k. I knew it was going to be obvious. Sorry to take up your time.
