• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  720 x 304 video

  Apologies for another DVD related problem but…

  I got some video off of a dvd that gave me a 720 x 304 quicktime through the use of the hallowed MPEG STREAMCLIP. Yet I have trouble loading this into a sequence without having to either render it or having it cropped. The only time i can get it all onto the timeline and play back uncropped it is both pillar boxed and leterboxed.

  Ive ultimately had to change it to 16×9 since its just for my own entertainment, but I hate to be beaten and would like to know the problem/solution as ive pretty much played with the sequence settings to death!

  This is easy in FCP 6
