    Greetings Cow Brethern,
New to DVD authoring. Just completed a timeline in FCP 4.5. 12:00. Have DVDSP 3 and iDVD5.0.1. Need to make a DVD that plays on start-up and loops. Can anyone please direct me to a whitepaper or something that explains the most painless way to make this happen? Many thanks in advance!!!

Export a Quicktime file, and import it into DVDSP.

Create a track, and set the “end jump” for the track to the track itself.

Make the track autoplay, and burn the DVD. It’ll only stop playing when you stop it.

The Help file or users manual is a good place to start.

In DVDSP right-click on the track in graphical view and select First Play. In the Inspector for the track you set End Jump to the same track.

In iDVD in map view there a button that says drag video here to make it play automatically or some such. Looping is in one of the menu’s, Advanced I think.

    All the best,

    Tom
