Dropped frames
during log and capture i keep getting a dropped frames detected notice what am i doing wrong please help project late

Your project will only get later if you don’t give info with your questions.
What is your hard drive setup? What are you capturing from? How much space do you have on your hard drive (in total and remaining)? What format are you capturing in? have you had this problem before? What kind of system are you using? Wat version of FCP are you on?
This is basic stuff when asking a question. If you keep asking “How long is a piece of string?”, you may end up getting ignored. Please keep it in mind for future posts. The more info the better.
If you can post answers to these, I’m sur we’ll be able to help you out.
