  Glossy screen option on Macbook pro

  Does anyone have the glossy screen option on a Macbook pro?

  The following from the Apple web store

  “At no extra charge, you can choose a glossy widescreen display that lets you view graphics, photos, and videos with greater color contrast.
  Choose the glossy widescreen display to make your graphics, photos, and videos appear with richer color and deeper blacks

  I recently purchased a MacPro laptop. I had the option of matte or glossy, and the tech advised me that for film/HD production work, matte would be better for color correction. Sorry to take so long in responding, however better late than…
