  Combining DV types in a timeline.

  Hello,

  How might I take a squeezed DVCPRO50 image and unsqueeze manually into a tv safe frame rendering? My FCP capture and timeline was set up anamorphic, so I’m just “seeing” the footage as letterboxed, right?

  I am stuck mixing footage that was shot squeezed anamorphic, and some that is just letterboxed. DVCPRO50, and Mini-DV.

  Load the clip from your timeline into your viewer and click the motion tab. Adjust the Scale slider for uniform scaling, play with the Aspect slider in the Distort drop-down to stretch.
