  exporting to PAL mpeg2 format

  I am a complete noob in Final Cut.

  How can I export to PAL mpg format?

  Using Compressor seems like a massive time-consuming workaround when I can encode directly out of Premiere. Mind you, I guess there is the droplet option…

  Well

  Option 1: Export reference movie or self contained… send to Compressor… encode in background whiel continuing to work

  Option 2: Batch Export or Export with Compressor from menu… and tie up application for entire time while file is analyzed and compressed
