  Rendering Problem

  I made an very basic animation from a photoshop art document. And I want to render as a Animated gif, but I have an error:

  “After Effects error: opening file “filename.gif” – file is busy (delete)(-47)(3::130)”

  I’m already close the file in photoshop and there was few file from illustrator and are closed as well.

  Im Using CS3 production premuim

  that someone has the same problem before?

  have you tried shutting down and restarting your computer? Sometimes my computer thinks there are files open even after I close them.

  And Somethimes they are actually still open – but hidden – if your on windows, try going into the task manager and see if photoshop.exe is listed in the processes tab. If so, you can try and close it down there.

  Or just shut down your computer and restart.
