  How to enable “mark long frames’ and ‘mark audio peaks

  Another question,
  “mark long frames’ and ‘mark audio peaks’ options are black but the ‘mark’ or ‘clear’submenus are greyed so I can’t do either.
  What would be causing this disfunction?

  The sequence has to be the active window.
