  FCP Canvas issues

  The canvas will only play the first frame even as the playhead moves down the sequence–none of the edits in the sequence are playing in the canvas. When I stop playback, the canvas jumps to whatever frame the playhead is currently over. Everything is rendered and I am not sure what’s going on. Any suggestions (please!)?

  Try –

  View – External — Set to OFF… or ALL FRAMES.

  See if that helps.
