  Perspective in After Effects?

  Is there a perspective tool in After Effects? Like in Photoshop how you can modify perspective, skew, etc… I dont see it under “perspective” under After Effects. Just 2D.

  for simple matching of perspective, there is the corner pin effect (and cc power pin)….

  but you can also make a layer 3d by checking the 3d box on the layers ‘switches’ (its the column with the cube at the top). then you can rotate and position the layer in 3d space. if you add a camera and move it around the 3d layer(s) will interact as if in 3d space.

  which way to go depends on what you’re doing….

  There is one you can use. You need to activate 3D layer on your timeline first for the layer you want to do perspective on. Then right click->transform->Orientation.
