  Frame Grab Export to Photoshop

  i’m another newbie. apologies in advance if this a much-answered question in the forum, but i searched under ‘frame grab’ & ‘exporting single frame’ but no luck.

  i’m trying to do a frame grab for playing with in photoshop & eventually printing. how do i isolate a single frame from a clip in fcp & export it to another application?
