  FCP 4 to FCP 4HD

  I tried tranfering my EDL from a project I was working on in FCP 4 HD, to a machine running FCP 4 and it says that the file is corrupted. Are they not compatible? If so, are there free updates available? If not, what can I do to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

  This may help. Projects aren’t backwards compatible unless you use xml.
