  Ingesting from SD card

  I have an AVCHD material transferred from an SD card shot on a panasonic 200. It comes up as one AVCHD file, though when I double-click on it, quicktime shows me the many clips we shot. How do I get those clips individually into FCP 7?

  I’m not familliar with the Panasonic 200. The HVX200 records to P2. However, Panasonic use their own variant of AVCHD which is AVCCAM.
  There is a log and transfer plug in for FCP available from the Panasonic support website.
