  Latency in Final Cut Playback

  Hello all,

  I recently started shooting on a DJI Inspire 1. My 1080p footage is extremely glitchy on Final Cut Pro both in the clip viewer and when played off of the timeline. The playback on my 720p footage seems to be OK though. It’s worth noting that my other 1080p footage plays fine in FCP. It’s only 1080p footage shot with the Inspire 1 that is giving me problems. Also, I exported a clip and the rendered footage plays fine. Inspire 1 footage is always in h.264 codec so I’m wondering if this has something to do with it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
