  Shooting Documentary – FCP 7 MTS Problems

  I’m aware how badly I have messed up here. I’m just hoping someone on here can help. I have been shooting with a c100 and backing up the files onto a hard drive however just MTS files were copied over not the entire file structure. Now I can’t get log and transfer to recognise as a result of this. What are my options in terms of getting these MTS files into workable pro res 422? Any help would be much appreciated.
