  Mouse Won’t Click in FCP7?!

  This might sound like a really odd issue but for some reason, my mouse won’t click on anything in Final Cut Pro. I have replaced the mouse and tried different USB ports but the mouse works fine to move the cursor around the screen and to click in different programmes, but not in Final Cut Pro 7?

  Has anyone else had this issue and could offer any advice? Very weird!

  Whenever FCP legacy suddenly seems to be possessed by an evil spirit your first response should always be to trash preferences. If you don’t know how, just do a search on this forum and you will find innumerable posts with the instructions on how to do so.

  If that fails to fix the problem report back here please…
