  3D Terrain in AE?

  Is there a way to create 3D terrain out of 2D pics? I’ve basically created a very large map and was wondering if I can “bulge” out parts to fake mountains/coasts?

  Check out Conoa — I think their 3D layer will do this.

  Or if you’re really desperate do screen captures of google earth with the topography turned on 😉
