One of our systems, just lost the video playback settings for our AJA IO Box. I don’t think it’s the cable or the box (switched with another system and it works fine). I think Final Cut just lost its (path) to the settings. Does anyone know where the video play back settings are kept on the mac. I’ve tried several folders but to no avail. Thank you for your assitance. (Using FCP 6)

WHen we have problems with our AJA IO HD, we power cycle it, then manually re-set the firmware, open the AJA Control panel app and make sure the settings are all correct. The we go reboot the mac, re-open FCP 7, go to top drop down menu FINAL CUT PRO> Audio Video Settings, make sure all those blanks are set right. check the sequence settings for the specific timeline, then go to top menu VIEW>EXTERNAL VIDEO> SEE ALL FRAMES and VIEW>EXTERNAL VIDEO> REFRESH AV DEVICES>

Have you done all of that? What result did you get?
