  Final Cut Pro X To 7 Issues

  Hi

  We have a project that was edited in Final Cut Pro X and has been brought back to 7 for some minor adjustments to the video and audio. We have used the software for converting and we have the edit down on the timeline.

  However FCP7 is having trouble reconnecting the media. Even when we try to connect files individually it just gives us the error noise with no explanation as to why it can connect. We have unchecked the box about matching extant titles and it still does work.

  Any suggestions?

  I’ve had similar issues and not been able to find out what the issue is, so would be keen to see what others think.
