  shortcut has gone nuts

  I am using a logic keyboard, fcp 7 and just swapped in a mac tower using osx 10.6.8 (had been using an older tower with an earlier osx …
  all went fine in the swap EXCEPT shift F4 no longer locks my video tracks, now it brings forward my DASHBOARD?!?!?
  Is there another shortcut for lock video?

  Open up SYSTEM PREFERENCES, choose KEYBOARD. And check off “USE ALL F1, F2 KEYS AS STANDARD FUNCION KEYS.”
