  Garbled voice audio when uploaded YouTube footage is viewed on an Ipone 4S

  Hi, this is my first post, so bear with me… I am running FCP Studio 2 (FCP 6.6) on a 2.4GHz Imac that I recently upgraded to OS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. All seemed well until I came to view a Compressor exported video that I had uploaded to YouTube on my Iphone 4S.

  The piece contains music, which plays perfectly well, the HD footage is as it should be but the voxpop voice audio is completely garbled. It plays perfectly on the YouTube site on my Mac full screen..lovely.

  I have spent the whole weekend trawling the net to find any help, the closest I get is that ‘there are issues exporting footage with FCP6/7 and Snow Leopard’..can anyone shed any light on this one?

  I am currently doing a reinstall of FCP Studio on another machine with same configuration to see if that helps.
