  Final Cut Pro 7 & RS-422 Deck Control

  Hi, can anyone recommend a make (preferably Sony) & model of CD/DVD player with compatible RS-422 deck control support (connection) so that I can log & capture more precisely than doing it manually in Final Cut Pro 6/7 via Blackmagic Ultrastudio 3D Thunderbolt connection and am using a 8TB G-RAID with Thunderbolt connection as to capture and render audio & video media

  There is no such thing as a DVD player with RS-422 deck control. That is in the realm of TAPE capture. No such thing exists for DVDs.

  Long time ago Sony made a CD player with RS 422. Worked amazingly well with syncing to edit controllers.

  I haven’t heard of a DVD player with deck control however.
