  Can I create a .srt file from my FCP7 project?

  I fear this is a stupid question, but with the caveat of the only dumb question is the one not asked….I made a film in FCP 7 with a ton of subtitles done in Boris. I now need a srt file of the subtitles for some festival submissions. How can I create that? Would SubRip do it? Anything else? I know nothing about .srt files.
