Final Cut Pro X (10.0.0) delimma
I have Final Cut Pro X (10.0.0) which came on my MacBook Pro. I have not been able to find any plugins , effects or transitions to buy or download because this FCPX version is fairly old. Is there a way to use newer plug ins with this older version without me having to purchase a newer copy of FCPX ?

You should update to 10.1. Forget 10.0.0, its worthless, buggy and missing too many features. If you own 10.0.0 updating to 10.1 is free. You won’t regret it.

I bout the macbook pro off of eBay so I can’t get the free update. Will the 30 day allow me to upload plug ins?

It should work. You don’t upload plugins through X anyway, and since the trial version is a full 30 day version I doubt you’ll have any problems.
