  Error I/O File

  Hi everybody,

  My studen has following problem, which I never came across in my life:

  Trying to export her final film, but the machine give the error message: error I/O File.
  She tried copying the material to a new External HD, in case the disk was corrupted, changed scratch disk, and changed the sport destination.

  Since she is physically 4000km aay, I cannot, just play around with her computer till I find the problem – that’s what I usually would do.

  Anybody had that error log before and knows what to do?
