  Fake Slow Motion Using 24fps

  I’m trying to figure out how to change my Sony Fs100 footage, which is now in ProRes 422, 24fps to smooth fake slow motion. It is converted from AVCHD and will be eventually be mixed with footage from a 7D shot in 60fps.

  I’ve looked at Twixtor so far, but are there suggestions (possibly free ones) that anyone knows of?

  Not if you want it to look good. Twixtor really is the only option if you shot 24fps and want to make it look smooth.
