  How to transfer files from a Mac formatted drive to Windows

  I have a portable hard drive formatted as: Mac OS Extended (journaled), with .mov files that were recorded on XDCAM EX HD and imported through Sony’s Video Transfer. My client has a Windows based computer and can not get the files to transfer from my Mac formatted portable hard drive to their Windows computer. Any suggestions? Thanks.
