  Mavericks/FCPX Hell

  Hey all, I’ll take any help I can get here.

  1 month before Mavs came out, my computer was having kernel panics while using FCPX. Took it to repairs, they said everything was fine, reinstall FCP and Lion.

  I decided to wait it out hoping Mavericks would solve all of this. Only made things worse it seems. I can’t work a half hour into Final Cut without the program crashing, shutting down, then getting a grey screen that says “There’s been a problem. The computer is restarting.” I’ve also had my computer log me out to the log-in screen while using FCPX. Weird…

  Is it buggy Mavericks? Should I reinstall the software and FCP? Let me note that I’m working off an external drive that is powered off my USB port.
