a short question, in photoshop – when i create a text layer – i can set the text quality (anti-aliasing method) to “none”, “sharp”, “smooth” etc. is the “none” state also available in after effects? is this the best i can get?
    thanks

The quality of text in AE is set by a long list of factors including rendering and preview quality, canvas quality, font source, and text creation methods.

Most beginners try to scale text instead of changing the glyph size. That’s what it looks like you have tried to do but you have not offered much information.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”

if my question is not clear enough please say so… (my english isn’t that good)…

there is no text plugin with extended features like i need? or something…?

if the result i created in my example is the best i can get then i have to live with it i guess…

Fonts are continuously rasterized in Ae so they are always clean and smooth. That is the starburst icon next to quality.

Use character size and make sure you are looking at 100% full resolution on screen.

    Good luck.

so, it is possible to create the style of some text 3 in ae? knowing it’s possible is the important thing here for me…

Your “some text 3” image is not opening.
