  Music Video Pan/Twitch/Shift Effect

  I’m looking for a way to achieve the shift I’ve seen in music videos like the one below. Is this something done in during production or post? I’ve thought it could possibly be done with twitch? But not too sure how?

  At 3:38 it just looks like the camera moves around, something they did while shooting it.

  Yeah…that’s just layered footage, top layer at 50% opacity or something, bottom layer has a camera that wiggles around, dissolves long into another clip. Nothing special.
