  Using Digital tools with FCp makes white dots across screen?

  I have had an editor working on a project and he just sent over the project for me to export at my end. everything reconnected and worked fine except that all the shots that are using the silver/gold reflector are covered in a grid of white dots? any thoughts? Is this a watermark or a light source indicator that I can turn off?

  It’s a watermark. Unless you have that plugin on your system and licensed, those will appear.

  You need to buy that plugin.
