    Hey!

I’ve recently seen some Typography videos in YouTube (such as this one https://youtube.com/watch?v=ejweI0EQpX8 ) that were created using AE, and I immediately fell in love with this art,
Now, I’m really eager to start and do one of mine but before I start I have some questions I’d be very glad if anyone could answer:

-is the typography work being done using ALOT of camera motion and null objects, or is it the text that’s rotating everytime while the camera stays in place?

-if it’s with camera, is it done by creating a really large composition (width & height wise), and while the text is just playing everywhere the camera flyies from place to place?

-also if anyone could explain to me about the working method with Typography, since I’m really new at this and want to start the good way without stopping in the middle finding out I was doing it wrong all along..

Thanks alot! (and sorry for the bad english),

Here’s my opinion, for what it’s worth:

I think it’s mostly AE text rotating with some subsequent parented to it. I don’t think there’s much pre-comping seeing how the parented scaled text would act accordingly.

    Hope this helps,
