  FCP 7 General Error

  I am working with FCP 7.03, XDCAM footage 23.98. When I try to press play and my key board, it gives me a general error. Also when I load other timelines, it will play for a second or two, then the picture becomes scrambled (green bars) and the audio goes static. I have restarted the computer and shut down, but that has not worked. I also copied the project file renamed it and tried to load it off the desktop. That did not work. I also deleted all the render files and that did not work.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  Hi,
  Try to decrease amount of sequences and clips in one project. Open new project and put there only things you need now. It should help.
