Can’t export video with exactly a 50 Mbps bit rate, assistance requested
Shot a music video with my Canon 7D.
Editing on a FCP 7 on a Macbook Pro 2012
We’ve reached the point where we have met all the revisions the client wants and now have to meet their requirements for broadcasting it.
This is what they are requiring we export the video as:

Audio Bit Depth: 16
Audio Format: PCM
_______________________________________________________________My editor and myself have been trying to export the video out through quicktime conversion, but no matter how we export it out through H.264 it’s always comes up about 32Mbps.
In another export we bounced it out as uncompressed and it came out at 115 Mbps
In another we used Mpeg imx 625/50 and it was the only one to come out above 50Mbps, but it would only export the video in a 4:3 aspect ration…..and we need 16:9
I read somewhere that Compressor may be able to do what we need, but we haven’t been able to figure that out either.
ANY HELP is appreciated. Our minds have be slightly melted by this issue haha.

Try XDCAM-HD/422 29,97fps.

The one thing that list is lacking is what CODEC they want it exported as. That’s a pretty important thing to know.
