  FCP X or wait ?

  I know that it is revolutionary, but for this do you think that the future of editing video for the Apple continue long this way of working.
  Do you advise to do this effort or Finalcut X will go down in history only like a test ?!
  What are using the Editing’s World ?!?!

  Wait for what? FCP 8? Not gonna happen. FCX isn’t a test. It’s Apple’s new direction for the NLE.

  Question is, what do you edit? What is your market? Film, Broadcast TV…Avid is the main thing for “Hollywood” type stuff. Adobe Premiere is making inroads there, as many many FCP users switched to it.

  It all depends on what you do, what you deliver and what you get.
