I realized that the first frames in my sequence have some strange pixel/ wblock artefacts. It almost looks like it wouldn’t be at full resolution or so. It’s no every frame, in the project I work on right now, the third, fifth and seventh frame are the ones. It just happens at these few frames at the beginning of my sequence. Its all EX XDCAM 1080p footage, the sequence has the same setting as the footage. I did some color correction but I already rendered everything (with all checkboxes checked at the render options). It is also visible in the final video after exporting the sequence. Any ideas how I can get rid of it?

Try changing the render settings to ProRes. HDV and XDCam allow that in sequence settings. An alternative is to copy the sequence into a ProRes422 sequence and then render.
