  IMX playback on Windows?

  have a client who needs to do some work on his own film.
  we used XDCam IMX50mbs for capturing, XDCam file Transfer to load on FCP, edited in native codec.
  I made him a QT file in IMX, but he cant open it on his Windows machine…
  I cant find any codec on Sonys website or anywhere else, but the Avid guys do edit in XDCam material, and they are on windows and u gys are also using AE on Windows, right ?
  anyone here knows the key, pls tell me
