  Transferring to Beta SP .. Poor Quality

  Hey..

  I am part of a team working on a TV show.. when we look at the show in our studio it looks great, but when it is played on TV from our local station it is pretty sub-par.

  We provide the TV station with a Mini-DV with the show on it, and they apparently transfer it to a Beta SP tape to air it…

  Any ideas why the quality would be so crappy when they air it? and is there anything we can do on our side to improve the quality?!

  Thanks for the reply.. we use a Canon XL2 to film the footage, then import it into premiere to edit.
