Exporting FCP 6 timeline via Compressor 4
Posted by Alfred Guzzetti on July 15, 2012 at 7:33 pmI’ve recently bought Compressor 4, but when I “Export Using Compressor” from my FCP 6.0.6, it automatically opens the old Compressor 3. Any way to get it to export directly using Compressor 4?

July 18, 2012 at 8:28 pmYes, that’s what I’ve been doing. I was just wondering if there was a way to export directly from FCP to Compressor 4.

June 26, 2013 at 5:36 pmI’m waking this thread up with the same query: Is it possible to send/export (I don’t have FCP open and can’t remember which one it is) directly from the Timeline to Compressor 4 — using FCP 6.0.6. I know the workaround but I’d rather go direct… and yes, I need Compressor 4 for the HTTP Live Streaming feature.
Thanks,
Chris
