    Hi there,

My apologies if this has already been covered in another thread…

I am trying to import some .mts files from my Panasonic GH2 into FCP 6, but the files do not show up in the Log and Transfer window and are “greyed out” when I try to connect to them in L&T.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You have to transfer them first with a third party program like episode.
Perhaps Mpeg streamclip can do it. Perhaps you can transfer them with a panasonic program?
Episode takes them definitely. Episode is worth buying. It’s one of the best conversion programs.

Hi, When you use the log and transfer function, do you try select the .mts files or the primary folder? I find that if you select it this way that it will work, so long as the file structure has been kept in tact.
