  best workflow for GoPro in FCP7

  I’ve got a problem,

  what is the best conversion for Go Pro 1080 25fps. I work in Pro Res 422 interlaced. The material shutters slightly when I pan with the camera.
  I’ve got episode and mpeg streamclip.

  Any experience?

  Don’t know if this helps but GoPro has some free software on their website that might be helpful.https://gopro.com/software-app/cineform-studio/
  I’d definitely transcode it to prores before bringing it into FCP7.
